Lemna minor
Also known as Frog’s Buttons, this tiny floating plant has small leaves only about 1/8" wide that form an attractive bright green floating mat across the water’s surface.
It spreads rapidly in standing water and is a natural favorite food for koi and goldfish. Great for adding shade to ponds and helping reduce excess nutrients.
